Ancestor Family Data

The information you furnish will be used to verify your relationship to the families in our data base.   Once you have been accepted as a member, you will be given a Member Name and Password to enter the Private Areas of americanpioneers.com.

To accomplish this, personnel time is consumed and therefore, only serious participants are considered.  To cover the labor to process your membership request, there is a non-refundable $30.00 service fee.  This fee, once you are accepted, is applied to your $30.00 annual membership fee.

You may submit your Ancestor data in several mediums.  You may, if you have the capability, submit a GEDCOM file by attaching it to email.  If you attach a GEDCOM file to an email, please tell us the name of your file in your email form which is provided here for you to complete.   Your data will be reviewed and processed upon receipt of your payment of the $30.00 processing fee.

Another method to send your Ancestor data is by printed form.  Many researchers have family worksheets they keep for their own use.  We will accept copies of these sheets provided, they are legible and in good condition.  If we cannot read it, then, we cannot confirm your relationship to the families on americanpioneers.com.

Either way you decide to furnish your information, by email transmission or by snail mail paper copies, American Pioneers will do its best to process your request.  But, before work can begin, your $30.00 processing fee must be received.  The address to send your printed Ancestor data and your payment, payable to americanpioneers.com and send to:

American Pioneer Ancestor Research Center

P.O. Box 1331

Alpharetta, Georgia 30009-1331

Only U.S. Funds are accepted.  No foreign currency, no stamps, etc. will be accepted.   Money orders, Cash  and Cashier's Checks are processed immediately.   Payments by personal check are processed in three weeks. All checks and money orders must be made payable to americanpioneers.com.

If you send cash, be sure to wrap the cash inside a dark colored paper to avoid it being seen by postal workers.   As you know, the United State Post Office cannot be trusted with cash inside mailed envelopes.  If the funds are not received, we cannot be expected to perform the research.

We hope you decide to join us and become a member of our team of researchers.  You could be one of our cousins, out there working alone with no one, with which,  to discuss your needs and information. Our current team, enjoys the luxury of having cousins in all fifty states, to email and discuss the data they have found.  By sending information to americanpioneers.com the information is posted into the WebSite in a form that is easy for everyone to understand.
